Registered users are entitled to 12 months free email support. Send your technical support request to aspxmlmaker.support@hkvstore.com with your license information. Emails without license information will be ignored.
When requesting product support, please try to include the following information:
- Is the problem reproducible? If so, how?
- What version of Windows are you running?
- What version of ASP XMLMaker are you running? (Click [Help] and then [About...] to check)
- If any error message was displayed, please include the full text of error message.
- If possible, please also send us the project file and the database or connection information.
Notes:
While we are happy to support your usage of our products, technical support does not entail customizations of templates or generated codes or any other issues not directly related to the workings of our software. Request for debugging or modifying your customized scripts will be ignored.
