System Requirements
ASP XMLMaker
- Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP/Server 2003
ASP XMLMaker requires the Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) and Microsoft Jet 4.0 database engine. You already have these components if your system is running Windows 2000 (or later) or have Access 2000 (or later) installed. However, it is recommended that you download the latest version:
- Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.8
- Microsoft Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8 (SP8)
ASP XMLMaker also requires a few other system files. If you do not have latest version of these files (usually Windows 98 users), you may experience ActiveX errors while running ASP XMLMaker. To update your system, go the Microsoft download pages listed below. If you are not already using IE 6.0, it is recommended to install it first as it includes most if not all of the required files.
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or later
- Service Pack 6 for Visual Basic 6.0: Run-Time Redistribution Pack (vbrun60sp6.exe)
- Microsoft Windows Script 5.6
- MSXML Parser 3.0
- DCOM98 for Windows 98, version 1.3 (Windows 98 only)
Server
- All Windows OS that supports ASP
