Help File

The distribution package for TCI includes TCI.CHM, a help file in Window's compiled HTML format. TCI uses the default Windows help system to display the contents of TCI.CHM. Under most configurations, Windows will remember the last used settings (window size, tab selected, etc.) for that file. Once you've started the help system, you can use standard Windows HTML Viewer keystrokes to navigate. For more information, see your Windows documentation.
