Search Results After you perform a Full-Text or a Field search, Find Desktop returns a list of results. You can choose a file from this list to see the results directly highlighted on the file (electronic or image file). For every file, Find Desktop gives back the path and the number of hits for the searched terms. The words or the sentences are highlighted. To see the highlights, use the command.
The toolbar allows to filter the search results choosing the file type. The first button show all file types; the second only the image files, the third show only the email, the forth show the email attachement, the fifth show only the pdf files, the sixth show all the others. Il primo pulsante consente. The last one, allows you to print a results report.
By clicking with the right mouse button, you can see the Print List Menu. This menu is only available for image files.
