Management Tools

Web Boomerang provides management tools that make it easier for you to review downloaded information. The following management tools can be accessed via the Tools pull-down menu on the Progress page.

Open the Selected Page or File - First select a page or file in the Results tree list, then use this tool to open it in the associated application; select an E-mail address in the Results tree list, use this tool to send a new message to the selected recipient.

Page, file, or E-mail address can also be opened or accessed by double clicking it directly from the list.

Open the Site in Web Boomerang Browser - Select this tool to open the downloaded web site and files. You can view and manage your downloaded web site and files accordingly.

Open Log File - Select this tool to open the log file, which is a text log file saved in your download folder, to review the status of your downloads.

Save Mailto – Select this tool to open the Get Mail List File Name dialog; enter a path and file name to store the E-mail address information is a text file.
