PowerSearch & Export

PowerSearch

The PowerSearch feature offers an easy way to search documents by content. The search phrases are case insensitive, HTML tags are automatically filtered to prevent false search results. Unicode is fully supported.

The search results are available as long as you delete them manually (right mouse click on a search result or Alt+F7 to delete all search results).

Export

This feature lets you export documents from selected folders into a zip archive. These archives can be distributed, the exported documents can be opened with any web browser (Local Website Archive is not required to display these documents). Exported documents can also be imported with the Import command.

Change the layout of index.htm:

If you want to change the layout of the index.htm file, then:

• Open the setup folder in Local Website Archive
• Create the sub folder "mytemplates"
• Copy "\templates\export_index.htm" to "\mytemplates\export_index.htm"
• Change the file "\mytemplates\export_index.htm"

If the file \mytemplates\export_index.htm exists, then Local Website Archive will use it instead of the default template.
