Download from FTP server

You can download log files directly from a FTP server. You must be connected to the Internet for this feature to work.

You cann use wildcards (*) to process multiple files in one report.

User Name - Enter the name you use to log on to your FTP server
Password - Enter the password you use to log on to your FTP server
Port - Enter the port number. The default port is 21

Note:
User Name and password to most FTP sites are case sensitive.

Download from HTTP server

You can download log files directly from a HTTP server. You must be connected to the Internet for this feature to work.

You cannot use wildcards with HTTP retrievals.
If your log files are password protected, specify login username and password.

Password - Enter the password you use to log on to your HTTP server
