WebEditor2006 is based on PHP scripting language. Therefore you must be able to run PHP4 scripts on your webaccount. You don't need any database.
You need Internet Explorer 5.0+ for Windows or Firefox 1.5+ to edit files online. Of course you can view modified files with any browser afterwards. Please note: WebEditor2006 does not run with Internet Explorer for Mac or Netscape.
You need permissions for reading and writing for all HTML files you want to modify online.
