Scan2Email

Scan2Email: This will give users the possibility to send the scanned documents to a e-mail address. You must setup the sender account on the ScanShare window (see the picture).
If you have a e-mail account that requires authentication you must select —This account requires authentication“ and fill the Username and Password.
If you want to choose the file format that will be sent as attachment you can choose PDF or JPEG (other format will not be available because of the file size).
You can choose the smtp port (by default is 25), use this option is your mail server is in another port.
