Copier: This feature will able user to create a virtual copy machine to simple copy documents and photos using a printer.
You should choose the printer you want to use.
Maximum copies: This is the number of the maximum copies a user can take of the document.
Allow color copies: This will prevent other users to take color copies. (if user try to take a color copy will result in a gray scale copy).
