Intelligent Voice Operating System

The Intelligent Voice Operating System (IVOS) is a voice-based application, which is used to operate various products through voice commands. The user can issue voice commands to open and operate applications. The applications, which are supported by IVOS, include some of Microsoft's products and other applications.

The applications have 2 modes namely the dictation and the command modes. The details of each mode are discussed later.

Besides issuing voice commands meant for operating various applications, one can issue basic commands pertaining to the system like, "Start" or "Shutdown".

As soon as the IVOS application starts running, a taskbar appears at the top of the screen indicating that the application is currently running.
