Duplicate Files
When you spend days in from of your computer you save a lot of information for later use. You save documents, Internet pages, images, movies, and many more. The problem is that after some time you might end up saving the same file several times. The Duplicate Files tool allows you to scan your computer for duplicate files, zero-sized files and empty folders.
You can choose to scan one fixed disk, all your disks or just some folders for duplicate files. You can choose to search for all kinds of duplicates, just duplicates of the common files or duplicates only of a specified type (only movies, or only audio files, etc).
The settings Window allows you to tune the search-settings of this tool to better suit your needs. Many comparison options are available allowing you to optimize the search process for a better match or higher search speed.
You can enter file and folder exceptions. These will be omitted when scanning your computer.
The Load defaults button makes sure that you can always restore the initial settings that we believe to be the best choice for most users.
