Angle Measurements

If you choose the "Angle" button in the control panel to the right, the calibration graph below will appear.

This graph can be used to illustrate how Grab It! measures angles. The dots are spaced at 10 degree intervals, and several angles are shown already.

Measuring Angles

Angles require no Calibration points

Click on your data points!

  1. First click the vertex of an angle. (the center of the diagram above)
  2. Then click one endpoint of the angle.
  3. Then click the other endpoint.

Data appears as you click, starting in Cell C4.

To clear data or restart, click the Clear Data button.

To separate data sets, click the Next Data Sets button.

Output styles can be chosen using the output formatting menu.
