Resolving IP Addresses

Use this set of options to enable/disable resolving of IP addresses to domain names. Enable this option to make your reports more informative. For example, if a log file contains information about a user visiting http://209.247.228.201, the domain name http://www.playboy.com will be shown in the report instead of the IP address. The Cache results to file and Cache unresolved results options can be used to speed up the process of resolving the same IP addresses at a later time. No DNS requests will be made for cached addresses. To speed up the process even more, resolving of IP addresses can be done using multiple simultaneous queries. The Maximum number of simultaneous queries can be set up to 100. The default value is 50.
