USING OF TCP-File TOGETHER WITH THE COMPORT/IP SERVER

Using TCP-File together with ComPort/IP Server you can log the data receiving from remote host serial port so as if you would record the data with the help of Serial-File.

STEPS YOU NEED TO WORK TCP-FILE TOGETHER WITH ComPort/IP SERVER

1. In the computer with the equipment connected to serial port you start ComPort/IP Server and set TCP/IP port through the data will be sent
2. Press Start button
3. In the remote host you start TCP-File in the client mode, enter TCP/IP address and port of computer where ComPort/IP Server is running, and select log file.
4. Press Start button

USING OF TCP-File TOGETHER WITH THE ComPort/IP CLIENT

Using TCP-File together with ComPort/IP Client you can log the data receiving from remote host serial port so as if you would record the data with the help of Serial-File.

STEPS YOU NEED TO WORK TCP-FILE TOGETHER WITH ComPort/IP CLIENT

1. In the computer with the equipment connected to serial port you start Client in the client mode and set TCP/IP address and port of computer where TCP-File should be run
2. Press Start button
3. In the remote host you start TCP-File in the server mode, select TCP/IP port through the data will be sent by ComPort/IP Client and select log file.
4. Press Add button
