for zip file:

Unzip the ASPUnixCrypt.zip file extract to a directory.
copy register.bat and nonnoi_ASPUnixCrypt.dll to the WINNT\SYSTEM32 (or WINDOWS\SYSTEM on Win95/98 or WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 on WinXP Home) directory
run register.bat
Done!
