Local Site Map Results
This screen allows you to see all the files included in your site map. If you see files or folders you do not want to include in your site map, right-click on them and either add them to the Ignore List, or Delete them from the site list. To see the menu as shown below, right-click on a folder or file. You can also edit the text of an object by highlighting the file or folder, then clicking on it again. (Just like renaming a file in Windows.) Or, you can right click on the file and choose "Edit Item Text." Choosing properties also allows you to edit the text as well as the Link URL.
Selecting the Properties options from the right-click menu will open a screen where the information about the file can be edited. Right-Click Properties
In the lower portion of this screen you can choose the location, where you would like to save the file. The program defaults to save the site map file to your desktop but you can browse and save the file any place on your computer. As you can see with the grayed out option, if you accessed this program from inside CoffeeCup HTML Editor, you would be able to the site map file in HTML Editor. Not that you couldn't just open the file manually this just makes things easier.
Once you are satisfied with the look, click the Save button and you will be taken to the final screen. Clicking the Finish button, saves the file to your computer. (Be careful when saving as the program will overwrite old Site Maps, if they have the same file name and are located in the same folder.)
NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT YOU MAKE ALL YOUR CHANGES NOW, AS THE PROGRAM WILL NOT SAVE ANY EDITS YOU MAKE TO THE TEXT OR TO THE URL. IF YOU CLOSE THE PROGRAM AND FORGET TO MAKE A CHANGE, YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-SPIDER YOUR SITE AND MAKE ALL THE CHANGES AGAIN. HOWEVER, IF YOU DO NOT CLOSE THE PROGRAM, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO USE THE BACK BUTTON TO RETURN TO THIS SCREEN.
