Making up Resource Sheet
To make up the resource sheet we need to switch to the resource sheet window. For this use Resource Sheet in menu View. An empty document will be opened, where we can enter the resources necessary to realize our project.
To add resources use Add Resource in menu Workspace. The new resource will be added to the resource sheet. The resource information will be added and can be edited in floating dialog Resource, located on the right part of the screen.
Note: If you can't find the floating dialog on the screen, it means that the dialog is minimized. See details here.
The following information should be entered into dialog :
- Name – resource name
- Type – resource type. From the pull down list choose the type: human (worker) or material.
- Cost – resource cost. The cost of a human resource is specified per 1 workday, that of material resources – per a unit (E.g. an item or a unit of weight).
- E-mail – (for human resources only).
Task: Make up the following resource sheet:
Human:
- Organizer, 50.00$, org@mycompany.com
- Administrator, 50.00$, adm@mycompany.com
- Accountant 45.00$, accoun@mycompany.com
- Assistant, 50.00$, assist@mycompany.com
Material:
- Food, 0.20 $
- Tents, 100 $

The resource sheet for our workspace is ready. Then we will assign all these resources to projects.
