Filtering tasks
Sometimes there is a necessity to display only definite part of tasks which included into the project. Is is possible to filter tasks by specified parameter in the dialog Filters.
- Apply command Select Filter - (filter name) in menu View.
- Press icon Select Filter on the toolbar Filters and select in pop-up list necessary filter.
The dialog Filters will open :

In dialog you can add a new filter, add a copy of existing filter and edit it if necessary, delete an existing filter and save the new or edited one.
To add filter perform the following
- Select the section you want to add the filter at.
- Press button Add Filter at the upper part of the dialog. At the end of the selected section a new line will appear.
- Enter the filter name in the field Filter Name.
- In the pop-up list Requirements connected with select the filtering mode: AND - including only tasks, which contain all denoted elements, OR- including tasks, which contain any of denoted elements.
- In the field Column select the column by parameters of which the filtering will be executed.
- In the field Value select the parameter by which the filtration will be executed.
- In the field Operation select the filtering type. For example: at filtering by column Complete Value 50 is denoted, if selecting the filtering type (=) after filtering is finished only tasks with completion degree 50% will be displayed; if selecting type ( <= ) tasks with completion degree 50% or less will be displayed, etc.
- Buttons Add and Delete are used for adding or deleting columns, Clear - for clearing all filter contents.
- After the filter is created press button Save at the upper part of the dialog.
To add the filter similar to the existing one, use button Add Copy at the upper part of the dialog. You can edit it then using recommendations given above.
To delete the filter, select it and press button Delete Filter.
Task: Create filter with following parameters: show only not started tasks having duration not less than 2 days.
Sorting tasks
To regroup tasks by any criterion, for example to group them by cost diminution, is possible to sort them by columns.
It is very easy to sort tasks: for this just click at the line of the column title and all tasks will be grouped by parameter of this column. On clicking once again- tasks will be arrange in reverse order. For example, on clicking the column with name, tasks will be arranged in alphabetical order; clicking the column with completion date- arranged in order starting from the task which will be completed first to the task which scheduled to be finished the last, etc.
Task: Sort tasks by alphabet.

Changing task view
If you want to emphasize some particular information, you can marked it out with color. It is possible to change the color either for graphical segments or for text and besides for all document views: Gantt Chart, Projects or Resources Sheet.
All color parameters can be set in floating dialog Filling, which is located by default on the right part of the screen. In details about operating floating dialogs read here.

To change the color of an object, first select the object and denote the required color in corresponding section of the dialog.
To change the text color you should select the color in field Text Color, section Text Format.
To change the color of the text line and the color of time space of incomplete part of the task, select the basic fill color in field Foreground Color, background color in field Background Color and the template in field Pattern , at section Fill Format.
To change the color of time space of completed task, select the basic filling color in field Foreground Color, background color in field Background Color and the template in field Pattern , at section Fill Format.
Task: Mark out the task "Make up entertainment list" with red color, completion degree - with blue color including the fill template #38, and the line color of the task "Buy lacking equipment" - with lilac.
