Spelling/Editing User Dictionary
Spelling
ConceptDraw MINDMAP allows you to check the spelling in your document.
To check the spelling, do one of the following: |
 Menu |
Choose the Spelling item from the Tools menu. |
 Keyboard |
Press F7. |
If there are mistakes in the document the Spelling dialog will appear. Otherwise the message of the end of spelling will appear.

The mistakes are marked red and underlined.
You can select one of the words from the internal dictionary in the Suggestions field and correct a mistake by pressing the Change button, ignore a mistake by pressing the Ignore button, ignore all mistakes by pressing the Ignore All button, or add a word to the User Dictionary by pressing the Add button. |
Editing User Dictionary
ConceptDraw MINDMAP allows you to edit your User Dictionary.

To do this you need to choose the Edit User Dictionary... item from the Tools menu. |
The User Dictionary dialog will appear.

To change an existing word you need select it, correct and press the Change button.
You can also delete words from the User Dictionary. To delete a word you need select it and press the Delete button.
It's also possible to add words to the User Dictionary. To add a new word enter it in the text field and press the Add button. |
