Adds float topic.

Activates the Relationship tool, that allows link two topics.

Hyperlink
Opens the Hyperlink floating dialog and lets you assign a hyperlink to the selected object or modify the existing hyperlink.

Allows to import a picture from file and insert it into the active document.
