Spelling

With Advanced Time Reports you can check spelling of the words in Description field. Spelling is checked starting from the very first row in the data table down to the last row. Advanced Time Reports uses standard Windows spelling-check window. To start checking spelling, click on Spelling button in the toolbar.

Suggestions Field

List of suggestions is displayed in this field

Not in Dictionary Field

This filed shows word which dictionary doesn't have.

Change To Field

This filed shows Changed To word.

Ignore Button

Click the button to ignore word in the Not in Dictionary field.

Ignore All Button

Click the button to ignore all the same words as word is in the Not in Dictionary field.

Change Button

Click this button to change "Not in Dictionary" word on "Change to" word.

Change All Buton

Click this button to change all the same "Not in Dictionary" words on "Change to" word.

Add Button

Click this button to add "Not in Dictionary" word to dictionary.

Cancel Button

Click this button to stop Spelling functionality.
