Report Parameters

Time Card includes all information from the data table of Advanced Time Reports main window and carries out calculation of the total hours to have been spent for various tasks and assignments. (this functionality is available for ATR Premier and ATR Professional)
All Users List 
List of All Users is displayed in the All field.
Add All Users Button 
Click this button to add all users to Selected field.
Add Selected Users Button 
Click this button to add selected user to Selected field.
1. Select necessary user from All field.
2. Click Add button.
Remove Selected Users Button 
Click this button to remove selected user from Selected field.
1. Select necessary user from Selected field.
2. Click Remove button.
Remove All Users Button
Click this button to remove all users from Selected field.
Period From Control 
In From drop-lists of Dates section set the range's start of date to set the period of time for which you would like to make the report
All Clients List 
List of All Clients is displayed in the All field.

Click this button to add all clients to Selected field.
Add Selected Clients Button 
Click this button to add selected client to Selected field.
1. Select necessary client from All field.
2. Click Add button.
Remove Selected Clients Button 
Click this button to remove a selected client from Selected field.

Click this button to remove all clients from Selected field.
All Projects List 
List of All Projects is displayed in the All field.

Columns Edit Button 
Click this button to open Columns form. (See Options forms / Columns)

Period To Control

OK Button 
Click this button to generate report.
Cancel Button 
Click this button to close Time Card form.
