Setting Options To Hide/Show Windows By Title
To hide windows by title you must first write the string you want to search.
To do so:
- Show the Settings form
- Click on the tab Title
- Fill the text box Title, with the string to search.
Then decide on the other options:
- Coincidence: shows if the given text must coincide completely (Total coincidence) or partially (Partial coincidence) with the title of a window.
- If you choose Partial coincidence you will be able to search a string that was written at the beggining, any position or at the end of the title of a window.
- If you choose Case sensitive the search process will compare uppercase and lowercase letters and, for example if you write "internet" as the string to compare with the title, the windows which title include "Internet" will not be hide because differs in the first character.
- Finally, the option Hide by title now! will let you verify that the established options are working properly, and if they are not you will be able to modify these options as many times as you need.
You will also be able to hide a group of windows by title and define a new title to hide another group of windows as many times as you need. When clicking on the shortcut Show windows by title all the windows hidden by this option will be shown, despite the text string used to hide them.
