  • Document History: Deletes the stored list of files that you have opened recently. (This is the list of files shown when you click 'Documents' on the Windows Start Menu or 'My Recent Documents').
  • Find Files or Folders History: "Find Files" is the list of recent searches that you have undertaken on your computer. Check this item to purge the records of these searches.
  • Run History: Check to delete the remembered (and traceable) list of programs and files you have started from Windows' Start>Run menu.
  • Note! Note: Run History will not be completely cleared until you next restart your computer.

  • Find Computer History: Select this option to clear the record of recent computers that you have searched for on your computer.
  • Start Menu Click History: Every time you open a program from the Start menu, the date and number of times you have used it is stored in an encrypted database and displayed as a list of 'shortcuts'. Check this option to eradicate the hidden database and the shortcut list (but not the actual programs).
  • Start Menu Order History: Check this option to clear the remembered Start Menu order history and force the menu into alphabetical order.

Tip! Tip: Move (or hover) the mouse cursor over any privacy washing item on the screen to get further information and a brief description of that item.
