Recent Activity Items

Click on the Recent Activity panel of the Privacy Items Windows tab to show the options for your Recent Activity items (as per screenshot at right) and then choose the items you'd like to clean and wash by checking the relevant checkboxes.Select Recent Activity Items Screen

  • Common Dialog History (last visited locations): Delete the hidden history of files and folders visited in your Windows programs and applications.
  • Common Dialog History (Open / Save memory): Delete the hidden history of files and folders opened and saved in your Windows programs and applications.
  • Registry Editor (Regedit.exe) - last accessed key: Delete the record of the last Registry key accessed in the Registry Editor.
  • Delete Media Player v6 / v7 history list: Windows Media Player stores and shows a list of the files that you have most recently opened. Check this option to clear this list.
  • Delete Media Player v7 Media Library and PlayLists: Select this item to clear the list of your playlists recorded by Windows Media Player.

Tip! Tip: Move (or hover) the mouse cursor over any privacy washing item on the screen to get further information and a brief description of that item.
