Software Commands and Functions
- File Menu commands - Contains all functions related to files such as opening and saving files.
Protect Multimedia - Photos,Video,Audio (Lock) - With this command you can set a password and optional dummy file to photos, video and audio files you wish to protect by selecting the desire files. Pressing the sub-menu will open a series of dialog boxes through which it is possible to define the files's password and optional dummy file. After applying the files protecting the protected files extension will be changed to SoftwareName1() Pos Multimedia Privacy Keeper file type extension (.epos extension)., for example Pic1.jpg will be changed to Pic1.jpg.epos. In case this file name already exists in the directory an alternate file name will be use.
MAKE SURE TO REMMBER THE PASSWORD YOU SET, OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO VIEW/OPEN/ACCESS THE FILES.
Protect All Photos,Video,Audio On Current Folder - With this command you can set a password and optional dummy file to any unprotected photos, video and audio files founds under the current browsed folder. Pressing the sub-menu will open a series of dialog boxes through which it is possible to define the files's password and optional dummy file. After applying the files protecting the protected files extension will be changed to SoftwareName1() Pos Multimedia Privacy Keeper file type extension (.epos extension)., for example Pic1.jpg will be changed to Pic1.jpg.epos. Remove Protection of Protected Files (Unlock) - With this command you can remove a password you added to photos, video and audio files. Pressing the sub-menu will open a dialog box through which it is possible to remove the files's password. After remove the password to the files the extension of the files will be changed back to the way is was before applying the password. If the files contains dummies it will be save to the same folder as the real file under the generic name aaa_Dummy.xxx where aaa is the Real File Name and xxx is the Dummy File Original Extension. In case one of this file names already exists in the directory an alternate file name will be use.

Browse Photos,Video and Audio files - With this command you can easily view and organize both regular multimedia files and password protected multimedia files.
Change Browse Password - With this command you can set/change a new password that will be use to view protected multimedia files.
- Close - This command will close browser and the current multimedia file and will reset the browsing password.
- Exit - Use this command to close the program and finish your work.
- View Menu commands - This menu contains commands which are related to the display.
- Actual Size (1:1) - This function will cause the picture to be displayed at its actual size (in pixels) in a 1:1 ratio.
- Zoom In(+) - This function will increase the size of the picture displayed. The increase in size does not affect the picture's Actual Size. It only affects the way it is displayed on the screen.
- Zoom Out(-) - This function will cause a decrease in size of the picture displayed. The decrease in size does not affect the actual size of the picture. It only affects the way it is displayed on the screen.
- Auto Fit - This function will cause the picture to be displayed at the best size fitting the software window.
- Full Screen - Command to cause the display of nothing but the picture on the screen. In this state it is possible to increase/decrease the size of the picture by using the mouse buttons. In order to return from this state to the normal state, press any key.
- Help Menu commands - This menu contains several options for receiving help.
