Generate
This will generate passwords made out of the chosen options.

Generate to File
This will generate passwords made out of the chosen options, directly into a file. Recommended when you need to generate millions of passwords as this will require a lot of memory space if not generated directly to a file.

Generate and Append to File
This will generate passwords made out of the chosen options, directly appended to an existing file. If you have "Generate unique passwords" enabled in options, this function allows you to add more passwords to an already created password file without creating any duplicate passwords.

Open Template
Open a previously created Template, so that you can easily generate same type of passwords as you did when you saved the Template.

Save Template
Save the currently chosen password options to a Template, which you later can Open.

Open
Open previously saved password lists, or a text file with passwords seperated each on its own line. You can open up Text files, XML files, HTML files, CSV files and Excel files (requires Microsoft Excel installed).

Note: All file formats except Text files must be previously saved from Password Generator Professional or they might not be correctly opened.

Save/Save As
Save the currently selected password list to a file. You can choose to save to either Text files, XML files, HTML files, CSV files and Excel files (requires Microsoft Excel installed).

Print/Print Preview
Print the currently chosen password list.
