Q. How many computers can I monitor with NetShareWatcher?

A. It depends on license you ordered. License for 1 user allows to monitor up to 50 computers. So you need to multiply your license number by 50. For example 5 user license allows to monitor up to 5 * 50 = 250 computers.

Q. I have selected e-mail notification in NetShareWatcher settings and all my e-mail settings are correct but I get an error message that mail sending fails.

A. If you're using Norton Antivirus 2004 then answer is here.
If you're running McAfee Anti-Virus 8.0i, make sure netsharewatcher.exe is an allowed program. To do that follow pictures bellow.
