Special Features of RoboEnhancer

You can automate the batch image process by using only scripts to perform the transformations. This eliminates the need for opening ACDSee, selecting images and then running RoboEnhancer. Once a script has been created, it can be used to enhance images directly from its location.

To use a script to enhance images:

  • Create a script.
  • Select one or more images.
  • Do one of the following:
    • Drag the images onto the script file.
    • Drag the images onto a shortcut to the script.
  • Click OK to confirm the execution of the script.
  • In the Browse for Folder dialog box select a destination for the images.
  • Click OK.

A log of the script results is placed in the folder with the images.

Your scripts are located in the following default folder:

C:/Program Files/ACD Systems/Plug-ins/Scripts

To create a script shortcut:

  1. Right-click the .rsc file in Windows Explorer.
  2. Select Create Shortcut. The shortcut will be placed in the same folder.
  3. Move the shortcut to your desired location.
