Morpheus Layout

Under the File Menu, you can start a new layout, open an existing layout, or save your layout to a file in the Morpheus AML format (AML=Ark's Morpheus Layout, named after the author of Morpheus). Saving a layout to an AML file saves all of the user options, dot locations, paths to the two pictures used, and the layout size. 'Save Layout' versus 'Save Layout As...' has the same meaning it would in most other software applications - 'Save Layout' will save using the last file name automatically, and 'Save Layout As...' will prompt you to create a new file name.

Under the Render Menu, use the Size menu to select the size of the output morph you want. Biggest and Smallest Dimensions will set the morph size to the biggest or smallest sizes of the two pictures you are using.
Under Render/Size/Layout you can fine-tune the morph size by entering dimensions into boxes manually, as well as many other options that are not available in Beginner Mode. In Normal Mode, you can position and resize the pictures in the output window in the event that you don't want them to fill the entire area. You can also position the pictures off the edges of the output window if you only wish to zoom in on a certain part of the picture for your morph.

The shortcut buttons Shortcut Buttons will move a picture to any corner or to the center, maintaining the picture's original size, or stretch the picture to fill all the available area.

You can also set the size of the morph here by dragging the bars on the right and bottom of the box. Typically, stretching both pictures to fill all available space is the desired option.
