Recognize Text

There are any text in your image, Your can identify them automatically by use our tool. Your work is markup OCR field, recognize, export the result of identify.

1. Markup OCR field

Select menu->select -> OCR field or click button. Then press mouse left button, drag it to draw the ocr area, release mouse button. (example as the illustrate: it's recognizing area in red frame)

You can also choose menu, select->Select Object, or click button, move cursor, then click on it to select the ocr frame. Then, you can move cursor on handle rectangle(the little white rectangle), press mouse left button, move cursor, it will adjust the size of ocr field.

2.Set property of OCR Field

When you select an ocr field, you could change field name by inputting "field name" in the bellow window. And, you could also choose a preset field name from the menu of right-clicking. such as, title, date, Custom defining：

3.Recognize Text in OCR field

You could recognize the current selected OCR field by right-clicking menu( Recognize current Block). Or choose button. The result will preview in the bellow window "ocr template".

4.Export ocr result

You could export ocr result of the whole project to xml file, or text file. Select menu File->OCR Export(*.xml), or File->OCR Export(*.txt).
