The software has the following features:
- Uniform scanning interface and standard image compressed format
The software adopts the international standard TWAIN interface, and supports most prevalent scanners; image compression adopts TIFF image format and CCITT GROUP 4, JPEG compression method, thus being of excellent open nature.
- Rich image processing functions
The software integrates rich image processing functions, such as Black border remove, Clip, Despeckle, Bookbinding holes remove, Error correct, Letter darken and lighten, Image size set, Color invert, Cut, Copy, Paste, Delete, etc.
- Flexible image viewing functions
The software provides multiple image viewing functions, such as Zoom out，Zoom in, Right rotate, Left rotate, Fit width, Fit height, and Fit view, etc.
- Support lots of image formats
Support formats of Tiff, Gif, Jpg, Bmp, etc.
- Support identifying templates
The user is able to load different templates per different images, and delete the loaded templates. Identifying field name can also be defined according to the user’s own demands, and finally be saved as a template, which can be used for similar images. Based on this function, the software will find the application in distinguishing bills.
- Convenient for applications integration
Able to identify the fields content of ocr unit, name, author, etc. in the different pages’ identifying template of designated documents, and then output to XML file or Text file, in this way recognizing the input of dispatched document and identified content to the applied system.
The image files generated by the system are all standard BMP, Jpeg, TIFF files, which can be converted to PDF file through this software, and then be released to the management platform of the system or to the internet.
