Expand/Crop Image

To add additional blank space around an image use Expand/Crop command from the Image menu.

The amounts are specified in pixels. The image will be cropped if you enter negative numbers. Image Size is the expanded/cropped image size.

Additional space around the image is filled with the current Background color.

For vector images like Texts, Rectangles and Ellipses you can not change image canvas. You have to convert them to bitmap images first.
