Orders sent via postal delivery should be sent to the address below. Please include the complete payment in the form of a personal check, money order, or cashier's check. Do not send cash. Return Policy
Before deciding to purchase our software, please download, install, and test the evaluation versions that we have provided for download.
We do not offer refunds on software that has been opened or where the unlock code or registered version has already been sent to the customer. We go to great lengths to produce a trial version with which customers can ensure their satisfaction and system compatibility. This helps the customer to make right decision on software purchase. Once a customer purchases our products, we would replace defective media free of charge and we do not offer a cash refund.
