You can configure the cache size and the timing intervals in which the CacheBoost checks for the System Cache.

When you specify Maximum Cache Size the Cache will not grow beyond specified size. Though we recommend in between half to three fourth of system memory. Setting it too low may degrade performance.

You can also maintain the balance between the Cache Size and available memory. So there will be balance between Cache Size and available memory. Take for e.g.. If a system has 256 MB memory. Max cache size is 81 MB and relative to available memory is 50 %. If Free memory is say 180 MB the maximum cache size will be only 81 MB but if free memory falls to 150 MB. The Cache Size will about 75 MB because of 50% limitation.

In Check System Cache you can specify the delay in which CacheBoost should check for the Cache. Normally it should be in between 15 to 25 seconds.
