How to Specify Range?

You can specify a range in two ways:

Simply enter coordinates of the upper-left corner and the lower-right corner of the range by typing them into Range text boxes. For example, A1 and D12. You can use an incomplete specification of coordinates, in this case the program will add missing coordinates from Used Range coordinates. If the Range fields are empty the program will use the Used Range coordinates completely. You can specify only one corner, enter only a column name or only a row number. For example:

Range Range Range

data recovery service restore digital picture data recovery ipod
key logger software best remote keylogger passwords recovery software
free undelete software download undelete freeware windows disk recovery

Click on the 'Select Range' button - MS Excel will be run and the dialog box will be displayed:

Select Range

Click the first cell of a range, and then, keeping pressed key SHIFT, click the last cell of a range. For moving to last cell it is possible to use scroll bars. Then click on the 'OK' button.
