How to Specify Columns?

You can specify columns in two ways:

Simply enter a column name by typing it into the edit box. For example, A or D. You can use multiple unique identifiers consisting from several columns - enter columns names, separated by commas. For example, A, D or C, B, D.

Click on the 'Select Column(s)' button - MS Excel will be run and the dialog box will be displayed:

Click on a column header. If it is necessary to specify several non-contiguous columns, press CTRL key and while while keeping it down, click on the unique columns headers. Click on the 'OK' button to finalilze your selection. For example:

To select contiguous columns (no breaks between column headers) - for example A, B, C - click on the first column header and while keeping the SHIFT key pressed, select the last column to define the column range.
