Compare Versions
This way is being applied to comparison of sheets that do not contain rows with unique identifiers.
1. Enter the full name of the 1.xls file into the First File field;
2. Enter the worksheet name of the first file into the Sheet Name field;
3. Specify a compared range of the first sheet;
4. Enter the full name of the 2.xls file into the Second File field;
5. Enter the worksheet name of the second file into the Sheet Name field;
6. Specify a compared range of the first sheet;
The main window will appear as follows:

7. Open the Project Options dialog box;
8. Choose the "Line by Line" comparison method;
9. Choose the "Cell-by-cell" rows comparison method;
10. Enter a value of the "Similarity Rate" option;

11. Run the "Compare" command
After that, the specified files will be opened, compared and a new sheet will be created. This sheet is the Difference Report, which displays the changed, removed and added data.
