1) New - Start here to create a new report.

2) Open - Opens a dialog box, so you can choose an already saved Drill-Down Tally report definition filename (.ddd).

3) Save - Save the current report definition or view you have opened. You can also choose menu option [File] [Save As] to save the current report definition as another filename.

4) Print - Print the current report displayed under the print preview tab.

5) Design Mode [F9] - When this button is depressed, the grid under the Drill-Down tab redesigns after every change you make under the Report Definition tab. To stop this drill-down grid redesign after every change, toggle this option by clicking on the Design Mode button. To redesign the grid after you make your changes, click the Design mode button again or press [F9].

6) Calculator - Need a quick calculator. Click here to bring up the built-in Windows calculator.
