Under the Educational Edition licensing model you pay for training with an Authorized Training Center or Representative and the software license is included.
We encourage you to select a local training partner listed on our website. You may receive more hands-on classroom training for less cost with their package pricing.

The Server and Enterprise Editions are licensed under the traditional software licensing model and there is no training included with them.
The Enterprise Edition is a per computer license.
The Server Edition is a per server license with FREE Enterprise client node licenses.
All editions include lifetime version upgrades and minor updates for FREE. No subscription needed to stay current.
What's the difference between the three editions? The only difference between them is how you purchase Drill-Down Tally. If you purchase training through an Authorized Training Center or Representative, you get the Educational Edition and software license is included. If you do not purchase training and just buy the software, buy either the Server or Enterprise Edition. There is no difference in software functionality. The software operates the same way under all editions. If you want training on Drill-Down Tally 2007, buy the Educational Edition.

How to get your license:
After payment for Drill-Down Tally training is secured, we will issue a license for your computer. This will remove the demo limitations and give you full product functionality. Click menu option [Help] [About] then click button [Settings].
You'll see a number in the lower left hand corner of the screen as the following example.
License Key for:
xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Where xxxxxxxxxxxxxx is the serial number needed from you, so we can provide you with a key to unlock the demo version and turn it into a fully licensed product without limitations. To make it easier you can highlight this number and copy it to the clipboard. Then paste it into an email message to us. Also supply us your company name, contact information and where you purchased the training from so we can validate your payment. We will promptly release the product key for your computer so you can enjoy the many benefits Drill-Down Tally has to offer in an expedited fashion.

It is our goal to service each and every request for support with respect and to work quickly in resolving any difficulty you may have. We support registered subscription owners via any method you like: phone, fax, email, online live help, etc..
Technical support for demo and non-subscription copies
We provide technical support for demo copies via email, fax and online live help on an "as-available" basis. In general we do our best to answer all such requests within one business day. No serial number is needed for demo mode, but we'd like to hear from where you got the evaluation software.

We understand from time to time that unintentional defects are uncovered. We regret this as much as you do. So if the discussion involves a defect in the program, there is no charge for this. Also, you can contact the vendor you purchased the product from as they may have a better phone support plan for you.
Remember that fax, email, online FAQ's and online live help are all free no matter what version you have.
