Updating & Exporting Node Information

Updating Node Information

professional data recovery data recovery tools download file recovery programs
  • Right click on the node, or use the menu Edit, Update
  • Select one of the 3 available entries:
    1. Refresh: values are updated. Manual information is kept.
    2. Renew: the node is erased and discovered again
    3. Update with Select: you select what parameters you want with the regular Settings button that gives access to the Discovery Options.
  • Choose Type From Database if you want to refresh the node type (Server, router, ...). NetworkView will search in the SNMP and MAC OUI databases if it finds a more accurate type using the sysObjectID and the 6 first digits of the MAC. This can be useful when you add new values regularly.

Exporting node information

      • WMI
  • Click on the Export button in the selected dialog
  • Choose To Clipboard or To File
