Print & Print Preview
To use the Print Preview menu, you must have at least one printer installed. If you have several maps and/or lists already open, select the view you want to print, then,
- Click on the Preview button of the File toolbar
or
- Use the menu File, Print Preview
You can view other pages using the buttons Next Page, Previous Page, Zoom In, to modify the view, or use Print to send the output to the printer.
To print a map or a list,
- Click on the Print of the File toolbar
or
- Use the menu File, Print
The menu File, Print Setup let you to define a default printer.
Remember you can use File, Preferences, and the Colors, Font and Print tab to force Black & White printing.
You can also easily change how many nodes are represented in your printed maps with the two sliders in Preferences for Colors, Font and Print tab.
