Collection

This window contains detailed information about collection:

• Name
• File name for this collection
• Date of creation
• Date of the latest modification

How to save collection in a new file?

You can save collection in a new file only if this collection is closed.

To save collection in a new file:

• Click the Save As... button
• Select the file where you want to save the collection and click the OK button.
• Click OK or Apply to save changes you have made.

If you select a file that has already been added, the error message will appear.

How to change file for collection?

You can choose another file for collection only if this collection is closed.

To change file for collection: click the button on the right side of file name entry line or enter a new file name directly into the entry line. If you select a file that has already been added, the error message will appear.

How to check what disks have been lent?

Go to the Lent Items tab to check what disks haven't been returned to you yet.
