Loading & Saving Animations

Save an animation

Animations can be saved to be loaded back later. This is not the same as exporting an animation. When an animation is saved its data is stored in a file so that it is possible to resume the work on the animation at a later point. When an animation is exported HTML code is generated but it is not possible to resume work on an exported animation.

To save an animation click the Save button in the Info View. The animation will be saved with its image but in a separate file. When accessing the image from the Zoom studio the image will have a small icon in it's upper right corner to indicate it has a stored animation associated with it. The actual animation file is marked as hidden and has the .ize extension. You do not have to worry about the file as long as you do your work from the studio. If the image is from outside the studio you need to move the .ize file with the image or your animation will be lost.

Images with animations have an icon in their upper right corner. To load the animation right click the image file in the File View to display its context menu. From the context menu select Open Animation. It is not possible to load a saved animation if you are currently in a work mode.

Deleting a saved animation

To remove the animation from an image right click the image file in the File View to display its context menu. From the context menu select Delete Animation. The animation file is deleted and the File View should be updated to display the image without the animation icon.
