Exporting Gallery

Export

When you are satisfied with you gallery it is time to export it. An exported gallery can be viewed in a normal browser as it was displayed in the output window. To export your gallery press the Export HTML button in the Info View. You will get a browse window where you can select the folder where you want your exported gallery. When you have selected a folder and press OK a new folder will be created with the same name as the title of your gallery. In this folder your exported gallery will be saved with all the needed files.

Galleries with LWF files

Galleries that contain LWF files will work fine if the user has Inzomia installed. If the user does not have Inzomia installed he will not get an alternative representation since the LWF format is not commonly supported by browsers. LWF images are not supported in Zoom Studio Home Edition.

Galleries with TGA or BMP files

The same thing that applies to galleries with LWF files applies for galleries with BMP or TGA files. We strongly advise against using BMP or TGA files as they produce unnecessarily large files and the alternative representation will not work.

Exported files

The files exported by the Zoom Studio are:

  1. Image files The unaltered images you have added to the gallery.
  2. Thumbnails Thumbnails for every added image in the gallery. In jpg format with tmb_ prefix.
  3. Data folder A folder with system data needed by the gallery, here you will find the inzomia.js file.
  4. Main.htm The HTML start page, links to the first gallery page. You will probably replace this with a file of your own.
  5. Index?.htm Index pages, the pages that display the thumbnails.
  6. Index?_?.htm Optional Image pages, the page that is linked from the thumbnail. Some templates do not use them.
