Table Rows
Just like a excel sheet, Label Spirit features rows for entering data. It is easiest to think of every row as one printed label. Every cell in a row will be associated together when you print your label design.
Selecting Rows
Label Spirit allows you to select entire rows at a time. Choose Selection|Select Row to select entire rows. The selected row becomes highlighted to indicate its status.
Inserting Rows
Label Spirit allows you to easily add rows to your table. This feature can be very useful in editing, changing, and adding to items that you already have in your table.
- To start adding rows, highlight the place in the table where you would like the new rows placed. Everything that you highlight will be shifted down after the rows have been added.
- Choose Edit|Insert Row to add rows.
- Blank rows will appear where you had rows highlighted.
Deleting Rows
You can delete rows in the same fashion that you insert them. Simply highlight the rows you wish to delete, Choose Edit|Delete Row. All the rows you have selected will be deleted. Be very careful because this command cannot be undone.
