Entering Layout
Select File|Layout Setup
The layout setup screen allows you to enter the properties for a new layout or edit the properties of an existing layout. The layout defines how the labels are arranged on the page. For example, a layout is defined as follows:
Width
9.00 cm
Height
5.10 cm
Space X
0
Space Y
0
Columns
2
Rows
5
Paper Size
A4 210 x 297 mm
Left margin
1.40 cm
Top margin
2.10 cm
Orientation
Portrait
This would produce a page arranged like this:

In this case there is no gap between the rows nor between the columns.
When you create a new file based on this layout you will be given a 9.00 x 5.10 cm area to design. When you print a full page, ten labels will be printed on the page, arranged as shown above.
To enter the properties for a layout perform the following steps:
Label Size
Enter the width and height of a single Label(this is the size of a single element on the page).
Label Space
Enter the space between Labels.
Label Layout
Enter the number of rows and columns on a page.
Paper Size
Select the paper from the list or use user defined(the last item).
Paper Margin
Enter the left and top margin.
Paper Orientation
Select paper orientation: Portrait, Landscape.
Layout Name
Enter the name of the layout.
You can click on save button to add this layout to label stock, if this layout exist in label stock, the software will ask "This layout exist in stock, overwrite it?" ,if you want to overwrite, then press 'Y', else press'N'.
