Using Object Template Panel
The Object Template Panel is provided for your convenience so that you have easy access to a selection of pre-made objects. It is located just below the canvas. The Object Template Panel has five tabs: Text, Image, Figure, Media, and Background. Clicking on a tab will show you a selection of templates for that type of object. Use the scrollbar on the side to scroll through the various templates. When you add or click on an object of a certain type, the Object Template Panel will automatically switch to the corresponding tab. Placing objects from the object template panel onto the canvas is as easy as clicking and dragging.

To place an object from the panel on the canvas
- Click the tab for the type of object you want.
- Select an object template, then click and drag it onto the canvas.
- Repeat if necessary.
To add a background, simply click it. There is no need to drag. Unlike other objects, only one background can be added.

(Expand Up)
Working with object template sets
An object template set is comprised of all of the object templates in the Object Template Panel. Flying Popcorn provides you with standard sets of templates which can be found in the Object Template Panel when you first run the program. You can create your own template sets by creating new objects and adding dragging them into the Object Template Panel. You can also customize your sets by deleting objects and dragging them to different parts of the panel for your convenience.
