Prompt Before Print Data Source
With "Prompt Before Print" data source, user will be prompted for entering data for this label field at print time. You set up the "Prompt Before Print" data source in the following steps.
- First, select "Prompt Before Print" option from the "Data Source" combo box.
- Secondly, type a prompt text string in Prompt input box. This is the text user will see at print time.
- Thirdly, set the min/max lengths for input.
- Then, set default data value in Default Data input box. This is default data user sees at print time. You may leave it empty.
- Set justification for the output.
- Set After Print option.
"Keep last used data". This option lets user see the last used data value as default at print time.
"Keep default data". This option lets user always see the default data value as default at print time.
"Clear data". This option lets user always see an empty data value as default at print time.
